Terms of Service

1.The service

Fypzo helps sellers and creators learn from short-form videos that performed well, then make their own. You can:

• paste a link to a public TikTok, YouTube Short or Instagram Reel and get a breakdown of its structure: hook, beats, shots, pacing and transcript;
• browse a library of trending public videos and their public engagement numbers;
• turn a breakdown into a script and shooting guide for your own product;
• render template videos from your own product details and photos and, where available, make AI motion videos.

Fypzo reuses the structure of a video, not its content. We do not copy, host or redistribute other people's videos. The library and breakdowns show a link to the original on its platform, its public numbers, our analysis, low-resolution still frames and a small cover image. To analyze a video, we or our AI provider fetch it from its platform, and any copy on our servers is deleted once the analysis is done.

Fypzo is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, YouTube or Instagram.

2.Your account

You need an account to render videos, save products or buy credits. You can sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep your email and Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Do not create extra accounts to get more free credits or to get around limits.
• If you use Fypzo for a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that business.

Tell us at support@fypzo.com if you think someone else has used your account.

3.Your content and responsibilities

"Your content" means everything you give us: links, product names, prices, claims and descriptions, photos, images, clips and text. "Outputs" means what Fypzo makes for you, such as scripts, shooting guides, voice-overs and videos.

You are responsible for your content and for any output you publish. In particular, you confirm that:

• you own your content or have permission to use it, including any people, logos, music or trademarks in it;
• your product claims (results, prices, discounts, reviews, and health, safety or environmental claims) are true and you can back them up;
• what you publish follows the advertising and consumer protection laws where you sell (for example the UK CAP Code and US FTC rules) and the rules of the platforms you publish on, including TikTok Shop policies and the disclosure of paid partnerships and affiliate links.

We do not review your content or outputs before you publish them, and we are not responsible for how you use them.

4.Acceptable use

Do not use Fypzo to make, upload or promote:

• anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, including copying another creator's footage, audio, voice, likeness or branding;
• false or misleading advertising: fake reviews or testimonials, made-up results, before-and-after claims you cannot prove, or medical, health, financial or earnings claims that are not allowed;
• illegal products, or products the platform restricts, such as counterfeits, weapons, drugs, unapproved medicines or supplements, tobacco and vaping products where they are banned, and adult products;
• sexual content involving minors, sexually explicit content, hate, harassment, or violent or self-harm content;
• impersonation, deepfakes of real people without their consent, or content meant to deceive viewers about who is speaking or what is real.

Do not misuse the service either: no scraping or automated bulk access, reverse engineering, getting around usage limits or security, reselling access, or interfering with other users or our systems.

We may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the law requires it, we report illegal content to the authorities.

5.AI-generated content

Breakdowns, scripts, voice-overs and videos are made with AI models from third parties (listed in our Privacy Policy). AI can be wrong: a breakdown may misread a video, a script may include claims that are not true for your product, and a voice-over may mispronounce words. Outputs may also be similar to outputs made for other users.

• Review every output before you publish it, and fix anything inaccurate or misleading. You are responsible for what you publish.
• Label AI-generated or AI-edited content wherever the platform asks for it (for example TikTok's AI-generated content label) or the law requires it. In the EU, Article 50 of the AI Act requires deepfakes (realistic AI-generated or manipulated images, audio or video of people, objects, places or events) to be disclosed as artificially generated or manipulated.

Fypzo does not guarantee any number of views, followers or sales.

6.AI motion videos

Only upload a character image or motion clip that you own or have permission to use; you confirm this for every video. Do not upload images of celebrities or other public figures, or of anyone under 18, and do not use motion videos to impersonate someone or to mislead viewers. Motion videos are generated by AI: when you publish one, label it as AI-generated wherever the platform offers such a label or its rules require it. We may refuse a request or remove a video that breaks these rules.

7.Who owns what

Your content and outputs. You keep all the rights you have in your content. As between you and us, and to the extent the law allows, the outputs made for you belong to you, and we transfer to you any rights we may have in them. Some countries do not protect purely AI-generated material by copyright, so we cannot promise that an output is protected or unique.

What you allow us to do. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, process and transmit your content and outputs, and to let our service providers do so, only to run Fypzo for you, keep it secure and meet our legal duties. The license ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law. We do not use your photos, product details or outputs to train AI models, and we do not show them to other users.

What we own. Fypzo, its software, design and templates, the viral library and our breakdowns belong to us or our licensors. You may use breakdowns and scripts to make your own videos. Template elements built into a rendered video (such as layouts, animations, fonts or music) are licensed to you as part of that video only, not to be extracted and used on their own.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

8.Using outputs commercially

You may use your outputs commercially on every plan, including Free: in ads, on your shop and product pages, on social media and in work for clients, as long as you follow these terms.

Videos rendered on the Free plan carry a small Fypzo watermark. Do not remove, crop, blur or cover it. Videos you render after any purchase (a paid plan or a credit pack) have no watermark; videos made before that keep theirs.

9.Credits and billing

Breakdowns and scripts are free. Rendering a video uses credits, and credits for a video that fails to render are returned to your account automatically. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that include a credit allowance each billing period; plan credits do not roll over. Credit packs are a one-time purchase and their credits never expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Payments are processed by Stripe. Checkout is run by Link, Stripe's merchant of record, which adds sales tax or VAT where required. Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page and at checkout.

10.Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time in Billing (Billing → Manage subscription → Cancel). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your plan until then; we do not give partial refunds for the remaining days of a period. If you ask within 7 days of your first subscription payment or your first credit pack purchase and have not used any paid credits, we will refund that payment in full. Duplicate charges and charges caused by a technical error on our side are always refunded in full. To request a refund, email support@fypzo.com from the address on your account.

11.UK and EU cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason. Credits and paid plan features are digital content and services that we make available as soon as you pay. When you buy, you ask us to make them available immediately and you acknowledge that, for digital content, you lose this 14-day right once we have done so. Where the law treats your purchase as a service instead, you can still cancel within the 14 days, but we may keep an amount for what you have already used (for example, credits you have spent).

This sits alongside our own refund policy: within 7 days of your first subscription payment or first credit pack purchase, and if you have not used any paid credits, you can still get a full refund (see Cancellations and refunds). Your legal rights if something we supply is faulty are not affected.

12.Third-party content and removal requests

The viral library shows links to public videos on other platforms, their public engagement numbers, a small cover image and our structural breakdown; we do not host or redistribute the videos. If you are the creator, hold the rights to a video, or have a privacy concern, use the Report / request removal form or email support@fypzo.com. Requests from creators and rights holders hide the video right away while we review them; we reply within 7 days and may ask you to confirm you are the creator or rights holder. Removed videos are not shown again when the library refreshes.

If you believe anything else on Fypzo, including a user's output, infringes your rights, contact us the same way. We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe other people's rights.

13.Changes to the service, suspension and termination

We keep improving Fypzo and may add, change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance; if you cancel because of it, we will refund the unused part of your current billing period.

You can stop using Fypzo at any time: cancel a subscription in Billing, and ask us at support@fypzo.com to delete your account.

We may suspend or close your account, with notice where reasonable, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, use Fypzo unlawfully or in a way that puts other people or the service at risk, or do not pay. If we close your account or stop offering Fypzo for any other reason, we will give you at least 30 days of notice where we can, and refund the unused part of your current billing period and any purchased credits you have not used.

When your account closes you lose access to your projects and videos, so download anything you want to keep first. Parts of these terms that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law) keep applying.

14.Disclaimers

We provide Fypzo with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Breakdowns, view comparisons and trend data are estimates based on public information, and AI outputs may be inaccurate (see AI-generated content). We do not promise any results, such as views, followers, conversions or sales, and nothing on Fypzo is legal, tax or advertising-compliance advice.

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights when digital content or services are faulty or not as described, for example under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the laws of your EU country. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. If you use Fypzo for a business, then to the extent the law allows, Fypzo is provided "as is" and we exclude all warranties that are not set out in these terms.

15.Our liability to you

Liability we never limit. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

If you are a consumer. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. If faulty digital content we supply damages a device or digital content that belongs to you, we will repair the damage or compensate you. If you use outputs for a business purpose, we are not liable to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

If you are a business. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim and US$100. You will compensate us for reasonable losses and costs arising from third-party claims caused by content you publish with Fypzo or by your breach of these terms.

16.Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there (for example in Scotland, Northern Ireland or your EU country).

If something goes wrong, please email support@fypzo.com first. Most problems can be solved quickly that way.

17.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we change features or prices, or when the law changes. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will tell account holders by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect, unless a change is needed sooner for legal or security reasons. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using Fypzo and cancel your subscription before it takes effect.

18.General

• These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms shown when you buy, are the whole agreement between you and us about Fypzo.
• If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
• If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization, for example if the business is sold; we will tell you, and it will not reduce your rights. You may not transfer yours without our written consent.
• No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
