Pricing FAQ
What's free, and what uses credits?
Video breakdowns are free, no account needed. Scripts and shot guides are free too when you sign in: 5 a day on Free, more on paid plans. Credits are only for videos we render: 1 credit per template video. AI motion video is coming soon. If a video fails, its credits are refunded automatically.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and don't roll over. Your signup credits and credit packs never expire. We always spend monthly credits first, then the ones that never expire.
How do I cancel?
Go to Billing → Manage subscription → Cancel. You keep your plan and its monthly credits until the end of the period you paid for.
What if a video fails to generate?
You get the credits back automatically, whatever the reason. You only pay for videos you receive. Scripts never use credits, and a script we couldn't start writing doesn't count toward your daily limit.
Who charges my card?
Stripe processes the payment. The checkout is run by Link, part of Stripe, which is the seller on record (the “merchant of record”) and adds sales tax or VAT where it applies. Your bank statement may show “Link” or “Fypzo”, depending on your bank.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in two cases: within 7 days of your first subscription payment or first credit pack, if you haven't used any paid credits, we refund that payment in full; and duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded in full. Refund terms
